agreed with all your explanation about the best practices but the same sequence
of operation should not pass/fail intermittently, they should be either
consistently fail or pass e.g.

Open session:
1) ADD JAR hdfs:///user/hive/customsdtable.jar;
2) describe customsdtable; // this will succeed.
Another session:
1) describe customsdtable;
2) ADD JAR hdfs:///user/hive/customsdtable.jar;
3) describe customsdtable; // this will fail.
