Description: In HTTP transport mode, authentication information is sent
over as part of HTTP headers. Sometimes (observed when Kerberos is used) the
default buffer size for the headers is not enough, resulting in an HTTP 413
FULL head error. We can expose those as customizable params. (was: When used
