Description: Predicate Push Down is disabled for like filter while fetching
partition data from metastore. The following patch introduces PPD for like
filters while fetching partition data from the metastore in case of DIRECT-SQL
and JDO. The patch also covers all the test cases mentioned in HIVE-5134
because of which Predicate Push Down for like filter was disabled. (was: PPD
