Pretty useful patch, thanks Mustafa!
Not sure I understand why hive-site.xml should always be skipped (?)
I believe we should also put some kind of note/log that by setting
HIVE_TEZ_SKIP_LOCAL_XML we assume that configs are the same on the AM side (not
sure if there is a way to even enforce they are the same).
