[~jcamachorodriguez], [~vgarg]: I've filled out some other stuff as well like
keywords and disabled issues/etc (things which were already disabled)
Do you think we should add some more keywords; change something else?
note: I don't think it needs more "testing" I wanted to see if it causes any
ASF license issues - and addressed that.
