The tez golden file is itself outdated. I am not sure how this specific test
skipped through our precommit test. The CliDriver out file shows correct
partition column value but tez out file shows empty. HIVE-9112 is the offending
JIRA that introduced correct partition column value but that jira did not have
updates for tez files.
