I was thinking to enable enforcing from day 1. - fix only the most critical
issues; after that we might be able to enable enforcing by adding some maven
target to the Jenkinsfile with '-pl storage-api -am'
...and then in the next patch we raise the bar to say '-pl common -am' ...
let me know if you need some help putting it into the Jenkinsfile stuff - I'll
be glad to help!
