Description:
"{{hive.repl.dump.metadata.only=true"}} is not currently honored during "{{repl
load"}}. Currently, it ends up copying all files even if this option is
specified in "repl load". E.g

('hive.repl.rootdir'='s3a://blah/', 'hive.repl.dump.metadata.only'='true');
