[~kgyrtkirk] Thank you for the initial review! I have pretty much changed the
designed in the new patch. Here is the summary of the design decision taken:
# The new syntax closely resembles the drop Partition syntax
# I have resued the #getFullPartitionSpecs() of drop partition in-order to
create filter expression.
# expression proxy class is set to PartitionExpressionForMetastore since we
intend to use the #filterPartitionsByExpr of PartitionExpressionForMetastore
for partition pruning down the line.
