### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
LLAP's ShuffleHandler can return DISK_ERROR_EXCEPTION message in case of a
fatal error.
### Why are the changes needed?
It can improve shuffle's health by blaming map task earlier.
### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
No.
### How was this patch tested?
It was tested on cluster by injecting some errors from code.
