This seems like a major roadblock as in a number of cases, we ger records that
are not new line terminated and need a huge workaround.
LINES TERMINATED BY only supports newline '\n' right now in the create table
statement.
Why is there an option in the first place when we cannot change it.
Seems like nobody looked into it for years.
