Thanks Yongzhi, would still be good to take a look to see if we can add the
test (the difference between local mode vs CliDriver), I believe its the
settings as we discussed. As we are moving towards the policy of needing a
test for every change, and plus we don't want it be broken again as by
HIVE-11333
