Description:
hive-site.xml should have the following property to indicate that FIPS mode is
enabled.
<property>
<name>hive.masking.algo</name>
<value>sha512</value>
</property>
If this property is present, then GenericUDFMaskHash should use SHA512 instead
of SHA256 encoding for column masking.
