Doc note: This adds configuration parameter
*hive.orc.splits.ms.footer.cache.enabled* and changes the description of
*hive.metastore.batch.retrieve.table.partition.max* which was introduced by
HIVE-2907 in 0.10.0 but isn't documented yet.
