Linking to HIVE-10214 which is in Hive 1.2.0 adds somewhat similar logging. But
it adds it for the hive clients and gives a query perspective of the timing,
that users can retreive without help of a hadoop admin.
This jira makes easier for hadoop admin to monitor how the metastore is doing
for the api calls.
