[~julianhyde] I think it is indeed due to conjars.org. The problem appears when
you try to compile old git tags that depend on calcite-1.10.0 (or compile
calcite-1.10.0 directly). This old version of Calcite defined conjars.org as an
additional repository to fetch dependencies where
{{org.pentaho:pentaho-aggdesigner-algorithm}} was present. If the repo is no
longer online then the dependency cannot be found.
Bringing back conjars.org is not a blocker for this issue but it might make
sense if we want old versions to be buildable without additional modifications.
