[~aasha], [~ayushtkn]: When we add something to the sys db, we usually add a
view to the information schema ({{USE INFORMATION_SCHEMA}}), so the users with
the correct access rights can check out the data as well. Would this be
applicable to the new {{NOTIFICATION_LOG}} table too?
