this is not right....
@dantongdong you have evaded to fix the patch according to the review
comments by closing the other PR and opening a new one...
now we have that stuff in
itests/util/src/main/java/org/apache/hadoop/hive/ql/externalDB/ .....
...and we really need to use some custom target to download a jar from the
pom.xml?
