according to [~rbalamohan], about why we should not do this in tez:
Making this change in tez (i.e on interrupted/closedByInterrupt can cause other
issues, where exceptions aren’t properly propagated to hive). Some cleanups
happen in operators based on exceptions, which could be impacted.
