Description:
The {{JsonReporter}} and {{JsonFileMetricsReporter}} writing the same file.
This issue is caused by the HIVE-25842.
Since the {{Metrics}} is launching also a {{JmxExporter}} the
{{MetricsFactory.init(conf);}} is unnecessary in the {{HiveMetaStore}}.
