yes, we definitely need to synchronize
`DriverTxnHandler.endTransactionAndCleanup`. As for
`DbTxnManager.java.stopHeartbeat` it was already kinda synchronized and it's
possible that concurrent execution might still occur when shutdownhook is
invoked.
