This `TableName` is created by `TableName.fromString(tableName,
MetaStoreUtils.getDefaultCatalog(conf),
Warehouse.DEFAULT_DATABASE_NAME); `, if the `tableName` which is
retrieved from the property `MetastoreConf.getVar(conf,
MetastoreConf.ConfVars.METASTORE_HOUSEKEEPING_LEADER_AUDITTABLE)` does not
specify the catalog, `MetaStoreUtils.getDefaultCatalog(conf)` will be given to
that.
