Thanks @dengzhhu653 for approving this PR. I see you mentioned the WARNING.
I also got this when I had run the PR workflows in the previous commit. This
happens intermittently because zookeeper server has a limit to max number of
client connections and if there are multiple client threads accessing the same
instance of zookeeper, it sometimes times out. But then when it retires the
connection it succeeds. I don't think this is a major blocker. We should be
good to merge this PR.
