I can see this part is missing:

Regarding this, we cannot directly include this, since branch-3 does not use
RootVector in LlapArrowRecordWriter hence including this else part would mean
we have to backport the root vector changes in this class. This would mean
backporting https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HIVE-20203 first.
@abstractdog Please suggest if this is needed.
