Description: Add logging messages mentioning the reason to abort the
transaction. Also add the reason within the TXNS.TXN_META_INFO column in the
TXNS table. (was: Add logging messages mentioning the reason to abort the

Another reason: Commit can fail due to a conflicting write from another txn
(since HIVE-13395))
