Description:
Currently, we're using kgyrtkirk/hive-dev-box:executor
https://github.com/apache/hive/blob/7bfc54ffc8baf5f3e7de326b750fe9355b11132b/Jenkinsfile#L124
we should:
1. contribute the Dockerfile back to the hive repo
2. remove everything which is not necessary for a precommit (hive-dev-box was
created for a different purpose I guess)
3. consider moving the image to an official hive related docker registry
