As of now we allow only expiring snapshots older that x timestamp. Allow
expiring snapshots with ID
Proposed new Syntax
*(Support Snapshot ID)*
Alter Table <table Name> Execute Expire_SNAPSHOT(‘<Snapshot Id>‘)
*(Snapshot ID List)*
Alter Table <table Name> Execute Expire_SNAPSHOT('<Snapshot Id1>,<Snapshot
