Description: This is a follow-up of HIVE-27972, where I assumed that we
might not want to mess with hcatalog unit tests to run on Tez, hence the
affected unit test classes are marked with this jira. It would be easy with
[HiveTestEnvSetup|https://github.com/apache/hive/blob/master/ql/src/test/org/apache/hive/testutils/TestHiveTestEnvSetup.java],
but we don't need I believe. (was: This is a follow-up of HIVE-27972, where I
