Currently a few source files in the repo which have an ASF header contain also
a copyright notice mentioning the ASF.
There are various entries similar to the one below.

Copyright XXXX The Apache Software Foundation.

The [ASF policy|https://www.apache.org/legal/src-headers.html#headers] advises
against this practice. The ASF header should not contain a copyright notice.
