In HIVE-26435, we have collected the basic metrics for the Hive table. While
for Iceberg table, we still don't have much insight of what the Iceberg table
is, such as the snapshots, branching, table stats, etc. This Jira is trying to
get a deeper summary of the Iceberg table.
