Thrift 0.16 uses OpenSSL 1.1 which is out of support since 12th September 2019.
*OpenSSL 1.1.0 is out of support since 12th September 2019 and no longer
receiving updates.*

Homebrew disabled OpenSSL 1.1 on October 24, 2024 so it is not possible to
install with brew anymore.
