When executing an INSERT OVERWRITE DIRECTORY, when there are ZERO rows on IOW 
directory, the files on HDFS are NOT cleaned up.

Note: when there are ZERO rows on IOW directory, the files on HDFS are NOT 
cleaned up
It works if there is at least ONE row.
