[~dkuzmenko] I tried this again and ReExecDriver worked around the issue so I'm
not sure if I should fix this further.

[ReExecDriver] ReCompileWithoutCBOPlugin triggered re-compile {code}
With CBO disabled this issue doesn't seem to occur.
