The current naming convention is not aligned with the constant name, e.g.,
hive.metastore.catalog.servlet.factory for ICEBERG_CATALOG_SERVLET_FACTORY.
Also, the word "catalog" is too common to infer that it is a property that
enables an Iceberg REST Catalog.
