Summary: Improve Hive code by adopting latest Java features

We already use JDK 21 in hive master branch. We can try to optimize hive code
to use latest java features, so that we can get some benefit from latest jdk.
Spark has aready some similar optimization in
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-53047, and we can also make this
happen in hive code.
