Description:
This will essentially be revert of HIVE-20078
Attaching screenshots of tez-view before and after ATS restoration. Before
ATSHook, the tez view "Hive Queries" tab/section is not getting populated only
the DAG section is populated. This makes it a breaking change between Hive3 and
