Description:
There are several tests in TestHplSqlViaBeeLine that might show flaky behavior.
I've seen two failures of
TestHplSqlViaBeeLine#testCURRENT_TIME_MILLISHplSQLFunction. However, others may
be affected as well.
This ticket aims to avoid the flakiness of the date or time related test cases.
