HS2 WebUI SSL certificates cannot be rotated without restarting HiveServer2 —
{{SslContextFactory}} is built once at startup. As SSL certificate lifetimes
get shorter, this becomes increasingly painful in shared deployments
This change ports the same pattern to Hive's HttpServer, and reuses Hadoop's
FileMonitoringTimerTask contributed by that ticket.
HADOOP-16524 — Automatic keystore reloading for HttpServer2.
