The unexpected push is happening from Hive's CI [Build and Publish docker
images|https://github.com/apache/hive/blob/0a4ff942fea99722342f4901e877ab10be76a18f/.github/workflows/docker-images.yml]
action that is running on my personal Hive fork
(https://github.com/zabetak/hive/actions/runs/29895564040). The timing and
digest from the run matches those in DockerHub.
