The [Build and Publish docker
images|https://github.com/apache/hive/actions/workflows/docker-images.yml]
fails since August 16, 2026 cause the setup-buildx-action is not allowed.
The error is outline below:

The action docker/setup-buildx-action@4d04d5d9486b7bd6fa91e7baf45bbb4f8b9deedd
