First investigate how the ACID compaction cleaner is handling a compaction
entry when the underlaying table got deleted before or during the cleaning
process. My suspicion is that the cleaner will fail, but the compaction entry
will stay in the queue. Validate this behaviour and if it works like that, then
improve the cleaner not to preserve compaction entries with non-existing table.
