1) remove from `patched-iceberg-core` classes introduced by HIVE-29535
* BaseDVFileWriter
* Deletes
* DVUtil
2) cherry-pick into `hive-iceberg-catalog` new commits (if any) from Iceberg's
`iceberg-hive-metastore`
consider using shading instead of current copy-paste
