Thank you [~leftylev]. The added references to the new syntax in the old docs
section looks great. TODOC2.0 can be removed, I think.
Regarding the missing column info in the Describe Partition section, I noticed
it too. I wasnt sure if we missed documenting it or if it is a side-effect of
the describe table partition feature added later. But there are tests that
specifically test for this syntax with a column name and a partition spec. And
I havent seen anything in the grammer and code that specifically prohibit this
syntax so I assumed it was supposed to work.
