Doc note: This adds configuration parameters
*hive.llap.cache.allow.synthetic.fileid* and *hive.llap.io.use.fileid.path* to
HiveConf.java, so they need to be documented in the wiki for release 2.0.0, in
a new section for LLAP (along with the parameters listed for HIVE-11908).
