The re-based patch is ready and I have tested it on 32-bit EC2 VMs, seems to be
working great. The current HMS pre-commit test is configured to use a 64-bit
VMs. Oracle does not have a 64-bit Oracle XE debian package in its OSS repo. I
have asked [~spena] to re-configure it to use a 32-bit VM. I will upload a
patch as soon as that change has been made. Thanks
