Update: HIVE-12597 removes six of these parameters in release 2.0.0 and adds
six others.
Removed (do not document):
* hive.llap.io.use.lowlevel.cache
* hive.llap.io.cache.orc.alloc.min
* hive.llap.io.cache.orc.alloc.max
* hive.llap.io.cache.orc.arena.count
* hive.llap.io.cache.orc.size
* hive.llap.io.cache.direct
