I think the order of dependencies here (via bug links) is wrong. Looks like
the order should be
HIVE-12708.2.patch-HIVE-12814.patch-HIVE-12816.patch-HIVE-12818.patch
Also, HIVE-12818 should have COMPACTION_QUEUE changes and Thrift changes...
