Doc note: This adds *hive.exec.schema.evolution* with a default value of false
in 1.3.0 and changes the parameter to true for ACID, which is not mentioned in
the parameter description but should be documented in the wiki. HIVE-12799
does the same for 2.1.0, and has a doc note that includes this commit to 1.3.0
(so this doc note is redundant).
