Doc note: This adds three configuration parameters
(*hive.server2.webui.use.spnego*, *hive.server2.webui.spnego.keytab*, and
*hive.server2.webui.spnego.principal*) and renames another one
(*hive.server2.webui.use.SSL* -> *hive.server2.webui.use.ssl*). They should be
documented in the wiki here:
