*hive.transactional.table.scan* is internal only, so it shouldn't be documented
in the wiki.
The other two weren't changed by this patch. *hive.sample.seednumber* is
already documented, and *hive.exec.schema.evolution* will be documented for
HIVE-11981, HIVE-12625, and HIVE-12799.
